The course offers an overview of wood-based surfacing materials currently available on the market; highlights the nature, features and benefits of melamine pre-finished wood veneers; and walks attendees through several installations. The composition of the product, suitable substrates and adhesives, special precautions to be taken when specifying and working with melamine pre-finished wood veneers, as well as the specifics of actual applications are also discussed.
The one-hour course, valid for 1 General Learning Unit (1 LU Hour) for the AIA, or 0.1 CEU credit for the IDCEC, can be presented by all Lamin-Art representatives.
